Our client in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg has an EE opportunity available for Head of Business Operations.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Formal qualification in Commerce
• Minimum 8 – 10 years management experience
• Operational Mining experience
• Knowledge of Onboarding processes
• Key account and sales experience
• Microsoft programmes
• Business Reporting/Writing

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the organization that mirrors the mission, culture and core values of the company
• Responsible for identifying and closing strategic alliance partnerships
• Build successful collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, directing integration of key business processes, stimulating change and business transformation.
• Develop long, medium and short-term strategy and translate this into budgetary planning and reporting that facilitates the maximization of return on investment, managing of expenses, revenue growth, margin growth, profitability and cost efficiency across all regions.
• Participate and contribute positively to own and organisational knowledge improvement and development.
