POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Head of Credit/debit to join their team.

The Head of Credit/Debit is responsible for the overall management of the company's credit and debit functions. This includes developing and implementing credit policies and procedures, managing the credit portfolio, and overseeing the collection process. The Head of Credit/Debit must have a strong understanding of financial analysis and risk management, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement credit policies and procedures
Manage the credit portfolio, including underwriting, monitoring, and collection
Oversee the credit reporting process
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulators
Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
3-5 years of experience in credit and debit risk management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Develop and implement credit and debit policies and procedures
Manage the credit and debit portfolio
Oversee the credit and debit team
Monitor credit and debit risk
Report to the Chief Financial Officer on the performance of the credit and debit operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
