POSITION INFO:

Hardware Retail store is seeking a Senior candidate directly supervise and coordinate retail activities within a the Gardening and Household department

Requirements:

• Matric essentialÂ
• Essential experience within Gardening and HouseholdÂ
• Minimum 5 years Sales experienceÂ
• Leadership/Management experience requiredÂ
• Strong customer relations skills
• Must be well spoken – English, Afrikaans & Xhosa would be an advantage.
• Knowledge disciplinary procedures.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Manage and Supervise Retail Staff
• Merchandise Store Layout and Signage
• Train New Employees
• Â Purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and people management
• Oversee Customer Service
• Inventory Control
