Leading Ecommerce company based in Cape Town is urgently looking for a Head of Department - Operations to join their fast moving environment

POSITION INFO:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Relevant Degree in business or engineering.
• 5+ years work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management position.
• Management of interface requirements
• Management of complex relationships
• Food loss management
• Drive productive strategy from operations perspective
• Drive efficiency and customer service
• Oversee all operations activities and ensure they are aligned with the business’ objectives and requirements
• Develop and maintain insights into industry trends and operational best practices of local and global industry competitors
• Develop, monitor and refine KPIs for the operations team.
