Head of Department - Technical Sales Manager

SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Electronics and Security Industry is looking for a Head of Department - Technical Sales Manager

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• The role includes; supervising and directs staff within the sales and technical support departments
• Responsible for meeting the company group`s annual sales revenue target ( Local and International)
• Retain the existing customer base, develop new business, and deliver against annual revenue targets
• Responsible for providing offsite and onsite technical customer support

• BCom degree or similar sales management related qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
• Minimum of 10 years of B2B direct sales experience
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative and sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Strategic thinking
• Strong analytical skills
• Available to travel locally and internationally (valid driver’s license and passport)
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Security industry and/or electronic manufacturing industry experience is beneficial
