POSITION INFO:

You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into delivery, building strong systems, and empowering your team to do their best work. You’ll design, guide, and grow — ensuring each project launches with excellence and precision.

In this role, you’ll:
Lead and mentor a team of skilled developers and engineers, setting clear vision and direction.
Build and refine high-quality software systems using best-practice frameworks and architectures.
Oversee multiple concurrent development projects from concept to release.
Partner with key stakeholders and business teams to align technology with strategic goals. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and scalability across all development initiatives.
Foster an environment where collaboration, creativity, and accountability thrive.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a busy environment — where change is constant, growth is fast, and leadership matters.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role guiding technical teams.
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-year tertiary qualification in IT.
Highly technical and hands-on — fluent in modern architectures, frameworks, and integrations.
Passionate about mentorship and people development.
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-Year tertiary qualification in IT.
