SUMMARY:
What if you could build an FP&A function from the ground up — and see your work change how a business performs?

We're partnering with a growing logistics business looking for a Head of FP&A to establish and shape its FP&A capability, bringing together financial insight, data and commercial decision-making.

This is a hands-on role for someone who looks beyond the numbers. Working closely with Exco and operational teams, you'll uncover what's driving performance, identify opportunities to improve profitability and work with the business to turn insights into action.

POSITION INFO:
We're looking for someone with: Strong experience across FP&A, commercial finance, business analysis or a related analytical environment. Excellent financial modelling skills and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful commercial insight. A solid grasp of BI, dashboards and reporting tools, with the ability to improve how data informs decisions. The commercial curiosity to investigate performance, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for improvement. The confidence to work with business owners to agree on corrective action and see it through to implementation. A builder's mindset - someone who enjoys creating processes, developing capability and taking ownership. CA(SA) would be advantageous, and logistics experience is a bonus rather than a requirement. Johannesburg | Full-time, office-based If you're ready to build something from the ground up and have a tangible impact on business performance, let's talk. --->
