Job Description: This position involves: Leading the budgeting and forecasting process across the business Delivering meaningful financial analysis and performance insights to senior leadership Driving automation and continuous process improvement initiatives Preparing and presenting board, executive, and stakeholder reporting Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making Leading financial modelling, business case development, and strategic projects Providing leadership, coaching, and development to a team of Financial Analysts Driving cost optimisation and supporting profitability initiatives across the business Ensuring reporting processes are accurate, efficient, and scalable Skills & Experience: 8+ years' experience in a similar role such as Head of FP&A, Head of Financial Planning & Reporting, Commercial Finance Manager, Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner, or Commercial Financial Analyst Exposure to the Retail industry or Fintech (advantageous) Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Team leadership and staff management experience Qualification: CA (SA) For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
