We're partnering with a growing logistics business that's building out its finance capability without losing its entrepreneurial edge — and looking for a Head of FP&A to drive this next stage.
This is a hands-on role with real visibility and influence. You'll work closely with Exco and the wider business, get close to the operation, and turn financial and operational data into insight that shapes decisions.
POSITION INFO:
We're looking for someone with: A degree in Accounting\/Finance\/Economics or similar relevant field. (CA(SA) is highly advantageous) Strong FP&A, commercial finance or consulting experience, with solid financial modelling capability The confidence to get into the detail and understand how the operation really works A commercial mindset and the ability to turn analysis into action A builder's mentality - someone who enjoys creating and improving rather than simply maintaining an established function Logistics experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
