POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team - to work remotely.
Successful candidate will be accountable for the end-to-end performance of the company, a niche credit provider focused on in-store credit and home improvement finance solutions.
Minimum Requirements:-
- Recognised Honours in Data Science, Actuarial Science degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience distributing Retail Financial Services products through third party channels
- Track record of leading a significant profit centre within a financial services environment
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience
- Background in Retail Financial Services, Retail Buildware, unsecured credit and credit risk analysis or credit portfolio management will be advantageous
Skills and Behavioural Expertise:-
- Technical skills and leadership ability relating to areas of functional accountability: unsecured credit product development and portfolio management as well as Retail Financial Services Marketing, Sales and Distribution
