Our client is an established, fast-paced organisation within the financial services sector seeking an experienced finance leader to step into a key interim role. This six-month contract offers the opportunity to operate at a senior level, driving financial strategy, governance, and commercial decision-making within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee all financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis
• Develop and maintain robust financial reporting frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives
• Lead accounting operations and implement effective policies, governance, and control structures
• Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning
• Manage financial negotiations and commercial relationships to optimise program profitability
• Design and execute revenue growth strategies through effective financial insight and analysis
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operational, sales, and technology teams to ensure financial alignment and accountability

What we are looking for:

• CA (SA) or equivalent qualification with 8-10 years' experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role
• Demonstrated strength in financial reporting, forecasting, modelling, and governance
• Strategic thinker with sound commercial acumen and the ability to influence executive decisions
• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to problem solving
• Previous exposure to rewards, loyalty programmes, or multi-partner environments will be advantageous
