SUMMARY:
To lead and manage all financial operations of the Rwanda business unit, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and strategic financial support. The Head of Finance will play a key leadership role in driving financial performance, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth in a highly regulated and competitive market.

Job Experience and Skills Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is mandatory.
- MBA or Master’s in Finance is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership
- Experience in FMCG, alcoholic beverages, or distribution/logistics sectors is highly preferred.
- Experience managing audits, compliance, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Rwandan tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills.
