Qualifications and Experience:

CA(SA)
4-5 Years’ post articles experience
Property industry experience (essential)
Articles at one of the big four audit firms beneficial
SAP ERP system (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio management and reporting
Budgets and forecasts
Business unit profit
System development
Data integrity
