Head of Finance and Administration

SUMMARY:
A renowned leader in real estate services is looking for a Head of Finance and Administration to join their elite team of professionals. The main purpose of this role will be to ensure that finance is seen as a value add; develop finance's influence in the making of business decisions; to oversee and and manage all aspects of the Client Portfolio Financial Department, and system development.

Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA) with 3 years articles experience
• 4 Years post- article experience
• Experience in the Property Management industry is essential
• Computer literacy: SAP/SAP BI; MS Office - Excel Advanced, Outlook and Word
• Administration Skills: Time Management, Advanced Financial Calculations, Advanced Financial Reporting, Policies and Processes, People Management, Business Planning

Key Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The Senior Accountant’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:

• Portfolio management and reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Management of contractual information input in SAP
• and other related systems
• Lease audits
• Automation of processes with regards to reporting and management fees
• Auditing
• People management
• Business partnering
• Risk and compliance
• Capex monitoring
• Credit vetting
