SUMMARY:
A renowned leader in real estate services is looking for a Head of Finance and Administration to join their elite team of professionals. The main purpose of this role will be to ensure that finance is seen as a value add; develop finance's influence in the making of business decisions; to oversee and and manage all aspects of the Client Portfolio Financial Department, and system development.

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) with 3 years articles experience
4 Years post- article experience
Experience in the Property Management industry is essential
Computer literacy: SAP/SAP BI; MS Office - Excel Advanced, Outlook and Word
Administration Skills: Time Management, Advanced Financial Calculations, Advanced Financial Reporting, Policies and Processes, People Management, Business Planning

Key Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

The Senior Accountant’s duties shall include, but not be limited to:

Portfolio management and reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Management of contractual information input in SAP
and other related systems
Lease audits
Automation of processes with regards to reporting and management fees
Auditing
People management
Business partnering
Risk and compliance
Capex monitoring
Credit vetting
