Our client in the Property sector is looking for a Head of Finance and Human Resources Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Degree in Human Resources or Finance
Experience with the following:
Attend and contribute to board, budget, and general management meetings
Provide financial, HR, and operational input to support executive decision-making
Oversee daily business operations and resolve operational challenges
Financial management
Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance across the Group
Act as liaison between the Group and legal advisors
Attend meetings with attorneys and external legal parties
Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
Oversee HR strategy, policies, and procedures
Manage staff performance, discipline, and development
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and best HR practices
Facilities Management
Commercial property portfolio management
Residential property portfolio management
