Head of HR

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Head of HR for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• 5+ years Human Capital management experience in private or education environment, as well as organizational transformation initiatives
• B-Degree in HR.  Post Grad qual advantageous and registration with SA Board of Personnel Practices
• Must be competent in MS Office and HR Software including payroll systems

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Human capital advisory role and management of governance processes
• Organisational design and resourcing
• Training and development – key talent needs
• Remuneration and rewards – benchmarking support and payroll support
• Performance management and improvement – implement processes
• Organisational and EE transformation – EE plan / diversity management
• Human Capital Management information – effectiveness measuring
• Human Capital Project management
• Employee relations – employee management and workplace conflict
• Human Capital regulatory, policy and risk management
• BBBEE scorecards and measurements
• Recruitment and on-boarding of talent
• Skills development, remuneration management and organisational transformation
• Knowledge of and application of relevant employment law and regulations

Salary: R600k pa CTC
