SUMMARY:
Contact Centre Industry Experience is a MUST!

POSITION INFO:

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to provide leadership and guidance for our HR teammates in delivering all day-to-day employee life-cycle activities, projects, and programs.

• Develop and mentor our HR teammates in order to help them grow in their careers and provide excellence in all HR functions.

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to understand organizational needs and create and improve processes and policies that are compliant and reflect the Zazzle values.
• Partner with leadership and the other HR teams to insure clear and transparent communications at all levels.

• Champion our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts across all teams to educate, promote awareness, and ensure an inclusive work environment that fosters belonging.
• Drive compliance; understand legislation and legal requirements across the states where our teammates reside.
• Be fluent in company''s total compensation programs, salary structure, market analysis and overall compensation philosophy.
• Spearhead and drive Benefits and Wellness programs and initiatives. Drive programs that continue to engage and retain remote employees.
• Partner with the Director of Talent Management to attract the best talent and to promote the organisation as a great place to work.
• Assist in creating learning and development programs to support the continued growth and development of our teammates and leaders.
• Forge strong connections and open lines of communication with teammates at all levels; maintain trust and communication across the organization.

• 10+ years of experience in multiple facets of HR, People Operations and/or Talent Management.
• Related Degree
• Someone who embraces change with flexibility and good humor and encourages others to do the same. Ability to pivot quickly with the needs of the Company and business goals.
• An ability to develop relationships and work with employees at all levels, including executive leadership, across a wide variety of teams and functions.
• Experience working in a variety of HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, compensation market data systems, engagement, and performance management systems.
• A pro-active and strategic thinker who is always looking for ways to improve processes, policies, initiatives for the success of our teammates and the company.
• Strong communication skills and an ability present ideas in a professional manner, both written and oral.

• Someone who loves people, loves to laugh, is empathetic and understanding, yet tough when necessary.
