SUMMARY:
Head of Human Capital

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a candidate to take up the position of Head of Human Capital, at a well-known company in the Insurance Industry. The position will be based in Cape Town (preferably) but but the company is however negotiable in terms of where the ideal person could be based.

Strategy Implementation
Stakeholder Management
Risk Management
Team Effectiveness

Role requirements

Post-graduate degree in HR or business science
Minimum of 8 -10 years HR generalist experience of which 4 -6 years'' management experience
Ability and experience in managing a big business unit internal client base
Previously experience as a key player in business transformation will be advantageous
Must be highly analytical plus results driven
Must be very strong on HRIS systems and have a preference for the digital HR environment
