SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

POSITION INFO:

KPI’S

Responsible for Divisional HR Practitioners
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
Succession planning
Employee relations
Change management, organizational and performance management
Budget review

REQUIREMENTS

BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
10 years proven work experience as a Head of HR or similar role
Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment essential
Solid understanding of labour legislation
Excellent communication abilities
Leadership skills
Ability to foster healthy employee relations
