Head of Human Resources

SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

POSITION INFO:

KPI’S

• Responsible for Divisional HR Practitioners
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
• Succession planning
• Employee relations
• Change management, organizational and performance management
• Budget review 

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
• MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
• 10 years proven work experience as a Head of HR or similar role
• Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment essential
• Solid understanding of labour legislation
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
