POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements;

Law degree BA Law/LLB/ Bcom Law
Admitted Attorteny or Advocate in South Africa
10 years post articles experience (Property Law advantageous)

Key Duties;

Strategy, plans and budgets for the legal services department
Coordinate and oversee team management
Contracts and Documentation
Legal Management, Advice, Compliance and Risk Management
Management of Legal Matters and Legal Actions
Administration
