Head of Legal

SUMMARY:
A property management company has a vacancy for a Head of legal to come and manage the legal environment by developing and driving the implementation of legal strategy and framework.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements;

• Law degree BA Law/LLB/ Bcom Law
• Admitted Attorteny or Advocate in South Africa
• 10 years post articles experience (Property Law advantageous)

Key Duties;

• Strategy, plans and budgets for the legal services department
• Coordinate and oversee team management
• Contracts and Documentation
• Legal Management, Advice, Compliance and Risk Management
• Management of Legal Matters and Legal Actions
• Administration
