Head of Legal and Compliance - Position based in KZN or Limpopo province. Occasional travel.

POSITION INFO:

LL.M. Degree with 10 years experience 5 being at Senior In House (Corporate ) level. In House counsel

Assess risk for the business and subsidiaries.
BEE candidate. Position based in KZN or Limpopo province. Occasional travel.
Experience in the mining and manufacturing industries at a senior level.
Vast experience dealing with relevant legislation and compliance
Reporting to the CEO and board, on the Executive committee
ISO 31000, King 1V report
Corporate Governance.
Advice to the board, ER and Operational Managers
Continuous improvement environment
Legal / risk benchmarking experience
Make recommendations and present to the CEO, Executive Team and Board
