Head of Marketing – Retail & Distribution

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead a high‑performance marketing execution function across multiple brands, channels, and stakeholders. The role operates across B2B and B2C environments and requires strong coordination between Sales, Brand Managers, Product, Vendors, and Customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating strategy into execution, managing budgets, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities:
Lead execution across campaigns, content, listings, paid media, and creative; drive revenue contribution, conversion, and ROI
Own and manage the marketing budget; allocate spend based on ROI, strategic importance, and stock availability; track spend and optimise allocation continuously
Align Sales, Brand Managers, Directors, and Vendors; manage expectations, approval processes, and structured reporting
Execute campaigns across B2B and B2C to drive reseller sell‑out and end‑user demand
Improve listing quality and conversion; ensure SEO and content consistency; drive marketplace performance
Lead the marketing team across campaigns, content, creative, and operations; implement workflows and systems; build accountability and a performance culture

Requirements:
7–10+ years of marketing experience in retail, distribution, or e‑commerce
Proven team leadership experience
Proven experience managing budgets and ROI
Strong stakeholder management experience
Commercial thinking, data‑driven decision making, strong communication, operational excellence, and ability to manage complexity
