A leader in the e-commerce space is seeking a strategic yet hands-on Head of Marketing to drive brand positioning, growth, and performance across multiple business units.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned to business objectives.
Lead and mentor a high-performance marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
Oversee digital marketing performance, content, campaigns, and brand communication across channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all business units and touchpoints.
Manage marketing budgets, performance reporting, and agency relationships.
Translate market insights and data into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
Champion a strong brand identity while protecting and growing brand reputation.

Requirements

Relevant Degree in Marketing or Commerce.
8–10 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and commercial growth.
Strong analytical ability with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in e-commerce, technology, or other fast-growth environments will be advantageous.
