About the Role

This isn’t just marketing — it’s leadership at scale. As Head of Marketing, you’ll drive the brand vision for a globally active IT asset management group. From lifecycle leasing to sustainable IT disposal, this organisation helps multinational clients optimise technology investments and reduce costs — across borders and across sectors.

You’ll take charge of group-wide strategy, digital performance, content leadership, and brand architecture — leading a small, talented team of three marketers who punch well above their weight.

Your Mission

• Craft and execute a unified marketing strategy that elevates multiple brands under one powerful vision.
• Drive measurable growth through SEO, SEM, paid media, and lead-generation channels.
• Build a data-driven, tech-enabled marketing engine that scales globally.
• Mentor and grow your team — setting new creative and performance benchmarks.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and EXCO to translate strategy into business outcomes.
• A global-minded marketing leader with 8–10 years’ senior experience — ideally from IT, distribution, or technology environments.
• Proven success in managing marketing across multiple geographies.
• Skilled in digital marketing, automation, and CRM systems.
• Commercially astute, strategic, and creative in equal measure.
• Passionate about tech, innovation, and building high-impact teams.
