POSITION INFO:

The purpose of the role is to develop and implement solutions that support various functions in achieving
the organisation's overarching growth strategy. The role diagnoses, designs and supports the
implementation of strategy, operational frameworks, business models, organisational systems, structures,
practices, processes, policies, procedures, and controls. The role is therefore responsible for managing a
range of practices that result in organisational improvement within the context of organisational design,
workforce modelling, proposal development, project management, change management and continuous
improvement. This role is also accountable for leading the Learning and Development function, thus
managing skills development and capability frameworks within the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience
ï‚· Masters Degree / NQF level 9 (Essential – Bachelor of Commerce)
ï‚· Industrial Psychologist (Preferred)
ï‚· Up to 8 years relevant experience
ï‚· MS Office (Intermediate), Sage People
ï‚· SAP
