Project Governance and Assurance through the definition of appropriate stage gates, criteria, etc.

POSITION INFO:

Project Governance and Assurance through the definition of appropriate stage gates, criteria, etc. 2. Integrated planning and project delivery 3. Plan and Manage all Project Management Resources. 4. Execute the Stage Gate process. 5. Develop Project Management Standards and coach project managers in the use thereof. 6. Develop Quality Assurance and Testing Methodologies. 7. Develop Solution Implementation methodologies (including template artifacts), encompassing the following: ï‚§ SDLC ï‚§ Testing ï‚§ Training ï‚§ Change Management 8. Take accountability for Solution Quality Assurance by conducting reviews / audits. 9. For small implementations (e.g. TMS, IBP) take accountability for Service Validation Testing. 10. For large implementations (e.g. HCM, ERP) oversee and review/validate Service Validation Testing. 11. Implement Portfolio Status Reporting
