JOB DESCRIPTION:
Education and Experience
Tertiary Education with degree or diploma in Production management / food technology /engineering
8 - 10 years in food / fresh produce production or related industry
Requirements:
Sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems Sound knowledge of Food Safety Systems Sound knowledge of health and safety rules and OHS ACT Leadership skills Above average communication skills - both verbally and written Above average numerical skills High levels of integrity Time management skills Deadline driven Attention to detail Excellent knowledge of all raw material and finished goods specs Computer literacy in Excel, Word and Outlook Fair understanding of electrical and mechanical workings Sound knowledge of HR / IR and LRA High levels of endurance and energy Sound knowledge of financial results Ability to build excellent relationships with customers Ability to manage a diverse workforce
