POSITION INFO:
Job Opportunity: Actuary – Structuring & Solutions Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and structuring of innovative group and individual life insurance products.
• Review and enhance existing products to better serve current clients.
• Ensure compliance by assessing the product range against regulatory and professional guidelines.
• Lead the Product Development team, providing guidance to Junior Actuarial Analysts.
• Engage with clients and reinsurers on product strategies and enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on technical product matters.

• Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Innovative with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong networking skills with various stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Nearly qualified Actuary.
• 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in life insurance product development (advantageous).
• Experience managing a team (advantageous).
