SUMMARY:
Our client, a highly respected and long-established NGO is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with prior working experience in an NPO.

POSITION INFO:
You will be responsible for the strategy, building and growing the team, change management, financial oversight, the conceptualization and implementation of programmes. Minimum requirements are an Honours degree in Management, development studies/business studies. Stakeholder Management is key, a passion and knowledge in skills development, education and working with communities in South Africa is a prerequisite.
