My client is an African giant in the financial services industry, with footprints throughout the continent and is actively looking for a head of Project Management Operations to lead their division. This qualified candidate must have the utmost capacity to plan, create and develop a project idea coupled with management of subordinates that will report to them. Duties:

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

A completed Honours degree in Risk/Compliance or related field is required
A certification in CRISC/CISM will be advantageous

Experience:

A minimum of 5 – 7 years in project management experience is required
