POSITION INFO:

Group Real Estate Services (GRES) - Head of Resource Efficiency and Business Engagement

Responsible for the group Resource Efficiency strategy (the environmental component of the company’s Group Sustainability Strategy). The Resource Efficiency strategy must be developed and implemented into a comprehensive program of projects to ensure achievement of the company''s goals thereby demonstrating the company’s leadership in the field of Corporate Resource Efficiency while adhering to budgets, time constraints, occupational health and safety, and operational requirements.

This role is integrated with the GRES Business Engagement function to ensure that GRES evolves to effectively operate as a trusted advisor to the organisation. This role, therefore, ensures that sustainability goals are at the heart of the delivery and service models of the GRES division.

5 - 8 years'' experience in a similar environment is required, of which 2 - 3 years at a specialist level.

Certified Measurement & Verification Professional Accreditation will be a distinct advantage.

Duties will include:

Identification and Execution of programme of initiatives including the formulation of business cases through to continuous evaluation of projected benefits.
Ensuring sustainability/resource efficiency is integrated into all capabilities servicing the built environment.
Defining Best-practice OLA''s and management of all engagement platforms.
Develop and implement communications and engagement plan for all streams within the GRES division
Provides solutions and feedback for enquires that are directed to GRES, including liaising with internal GRES divisions and GRES service providers.
Build and maintain relationships with key GRES stakeholders.
Communicate and understand concerns related to GRES alignment with business and work with functional experts to understand new business trends and forecast future requirements.
Measure client satisfaction and ensure that client requirement and expectations are met or exceeded.
