One of the leading companies, operating in the market through multiple client-facing brands, including insurance and investment brands is looking for an exceptional leader to head their IT department as well as mentor and coach a team of developers

Qualifications 

• BSc in Computer Science / Information Technology 
• Postgraduate qualification

Duties

• Must come from a strong development background as a Developer
• Must have managed a team of Dev, Testers, BA, PM
• Knowledge of software applications and relational database systems
• Understanding of related programming languages and development platforms
•  Strong leadership skills
• Implemented solutions ie: ERP
• Writes code for assigned sections, checks functionality, and ensures that programming is easy to read and understand.
•   Supports team members and ensures that established deadlines are met
