JOB SUMMARY:
A Well-known manufacturing company based in the East of Johannesburg is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the Head of Shared Services role

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or equivalent 3-year degree.
3 + Years’ experience in creditors or a fast-paced customer facing environment essential
Demonstrated ability to successfully implement and bed-down new structures
People management experience essential
Project management experience advantageous

Experience:

Ensure that the Shared Services department executes its mandate and matures in line with the business plan Management of Shared Services workflow
Allocation of resources within the Shared Services department
Implementation, tracking and review of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with plants
Ensure SLAs with plants are adhered to
Creditors’ month ends are completed timeously as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Suppliers’ recons are completed promptly and accurately
Suppliers are paid promptly in accordance with agreed terms and net of discounts
Claims are promptly and accurately recorded and deducted from payments
Supplier queries are promptly resolved
Ensure compliance of all supplier payments in line with the approved Chart of Authority
Assess, review and motivate innovations and sustainable solutions in the Shared Services space to improve efficiencies and turnaround times
