What You'll Do: Develop and execute the Academy’s long-term growth and strategic plans. Identify new markets, services, and commercial opportunities to expand the Academy’s footprint. Build sustainable business models supporting ongoing growth, revenue, and impact. Lead initiatives to secure grants, funded projects, and sponsorships through strategic relationships with government, industry, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Represent the Academy at industry forums, stakeholder engagements, and key partnerships. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programmes covering teacher development, digital skills, AI literacy, and lifelong learning. Drive the adoption of digital and blended learning solutions, including online content, micro-credentials, and learning analytics. Ensure programmes meet quality standards, maintain accreditation, and are aligned with future learning demands. Manage project governance, oversee budgets, and monitor operational performance. Build organisational capacity through effective team management and external partnerships. Requirements: 8 to 10 years of senior experience in education, business development, or related fields. Proven strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities. Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills. Ability to innovate and lead change within a complex environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
