What you Bring to the Terminal:
Minimum 3+ years of leading dev teams like a legend
A degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent battle tested experience)
Strong hands-on coding skills – whether it’s JavaScript, Python, C#, or whatever your stack of choice is
Passion for mentoring, motivating, and managing actual humans (not just Jira tickets)
Proven experience with Agile, modern system design, and the occasional production war story
Bring your whole self to work (yes, that includes your Star Wars socks and VSCode theme opinions)
