JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Minimum 2-3 year office and admin experience.
Good communication skills. (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Meticulous with very strong administration and organisation skills.
Attention to detail.
Clear Criminal Check

DUTIES
Provide Compliance administration support to the compliance department as directed by the
Quality and Technical Managers.
Ensure that all HSE and Technical documentation is distributed
Make sure communication register is competed via docusign and uploaded
Maintaining the online compliance platforms
Log compliance calls allocating categorization
Assuring Calls are logged and set as per compliance requirement & setting correct response times therein.
Log all compliance and legal metrology calls including tracking items that are sent to technicians mHSE equipment, corporate clothing and PPE
Manage incoming completion of equipment checklist to ensure that we meet our company targets.
Managing field staff and laboratory personnel training
Uploading of documentation) and manage compliance.
Ensure appointments and personnel documentation are updated
Ensure that quotations are received from suppliers and procure on approval from HSE Manager
Ensure all stock issued is recorded on issue registers.
Uploading of critical HSSE documents such as Safety equipment issued
Maintain Audit schedule for Legal Manager and schedule audits
Logging non-conformances ensuring that investigations are documented

Salary: R9500 dependent on experience
