JOB SUMMARY:
A civils and earth-moving operation in East Africa specializing in Mining is looking for a Heavy Mining Equipment manager that has the experience and expertise in the Mining industry to be successful in this position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification in Mining
Fluent in English
Applicable Driving License
5 years’ Experience in an open cast mine
Hard rock drill and blasting
International Work experience is essential

Duties include but not limited to :

Supervision over staff and equipment
Maintenance in Rigs and Equipment
Ensure quality control for Blasting operations
Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
Investigate incidents and accidents

Reporting to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer

Salary: Market related including Travel, Housing etc
