- Academic Leadership – Oversee the National Senior Certificate (NSC) curriculum, ensuring high academic standards and continuous improvement
- Teacher Mentorship & Development – Support and guide educators to be their best selves in the classroom

What we’re looking for:
- A strong educational background with leadership experience in a high school setting - Relevant degree and at least 5 years experience in a leadership position
- In-depth knowledge of the National Senior Certificate (NSC) Curriculum
- A passion for education and the ability to inspire both teachers and students
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- The ability to problem-solve, strategize, and innovate in a fast-paced environment
