We are looking for enthusiastic Senior Recruiters to be part of our team!

Requirements:

Highly driven and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
Proven work experience within Recruitment
Proven headhunting experience
Knowledge of enhanced sourcing techniques
Business Development skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent networking and presentation skills
A team player as well as able to work independently

Responsibilities:

Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience
Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles
Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes
Ensure follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates
Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates
