Hollowcore Site Installer / Foreman - Durbanville 
 
A well-established company based just outside Durbanville is seeking a full-time Hollowcore Site Installer / Foreman to join their precast slab installation team. The role involves coordinating on-site installation of cut-to-size precast elements onto structural walls with the assistance of a crane and a dedicated team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate installation team activities
• Daily on-site problem solving
• Perform basic administrative tasks
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are consistently maintained
• Coach and guide team members in correct work procedures
• Manage time control and team productivity
• Plan and organise labour, equipment and machinery
• Read and interpret layout plans
• Maintain an organised and efficient site environment

• Grade 12
• High level of literacy and numeracy
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of the building/construction industry
• Work references required
• RSA citizen with no criminal record
• Strong work ethic and sober habits

• Salary – R 23000.00 pm
• Membership of a provident fund
• Annual shutdown during the December builders’ holiday
• Working hours: 07:00–17:30 (Fridays until 15:00)
