SUMMARY:
We are recruiting an experienced education professional providing structured academic coaching to a high school learner in a private home environment. This role goes beyond tutoring and focuses on study skills, accountability, executive functioning, motivation, and overall learner development.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Implement a structured academic and study framework
Develop strong study habits, time management, and organisation skills
Plan and manage weekly, monthly, and term academic schedules
Oversee homework, deadlines, and exam preparation
Provide motivation, accountability, and learner coaching
Support behavioural, emotional, and confidence development
Coordinate school, assessment, and sports schedules
Communicate learner progress with parents and schools

Curriculum Exposure

CAPS | IEB | Cambridge | Homeschooling

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Education (or related field)
5–10 years experience working with high school learners
