Requirements:

• 2–3 years of external sales experience (finance, insurance, etc.)
• Matric
• Proven ability to generate leads and build referral networks
• Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
• Own reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
• Clear credit record (no debt review/adverse listings)

Package Details

• Basic Salary: R15,000
• Settling-In Allowance:

• R10,000 (Months 1–3)
• R6,000 (Month 4)
• R4,000 (Month 5)
• R3,000 (Month 6)

• Commission: 0.3% average on deals closed (minimum monthly target: 2.5 million thereafter you earn commission)
• Opportunity to grow into Senior and Executive Consultant roles with higher base and commission structures.
