Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Home Loans Sales Representative to join their team in Gauteng.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships and guiding prospective clients through the home loan process. This is a field-based, target-driven role requiring strong business development and networking abilities.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generate new business and leads through direct marketing, networking and business development. Identify and engage with prospective home loan clients. Meet with clients face-to-face to understand their financial needs and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other relevant stakeholders. Assist clients throughout the home loan application process. Assess clients' financial requirements and identify suitable solutions. Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Conduct regular client visits and travel within the allocated territory. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads and sales activities. Deliver professional service and maintain strong customer relationships. REQUIREMENTS Matric \/ Grade 12. Previous experience in sales, financial services, lending, banking, insurance or real estate . Proven ability to generate and convert leads. Strong sales and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Target-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented. Comfortable with face-to-face client engagement and field-based sales. Valid Code B driver's licence . Own reliable vehicle is essential. Willingness to travel to meet prospective and existing clients. ADVANTAGEOUS Experience in home loans, mortgages, banking or lending . Financial services or FAIS-related qualifications. Existing network within the property, banking or financial services sectors. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets. Confident and professional when engaging with clients. Strong networking and business development ability. Self-disciplined and able to work independently. Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills. Resilient and commercially focused.
