Hospital Manager

POSITION INFO:

An excellent growth opportunity, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the execution of all strategic and operational objectives, quality management and coordination of all related hospital activities.

Key outputs and accountabilities:

• Develop& implement the business strategy aligned to the Groups strategy
• Build & manage relationships with medical professionals & other key stakeholders to ensure growth and brand loyalty
• Ensure quality customer service is aligned with the mission, vision and values of the Group
• Ensure operational practices are aligned with the operating model of the organization
• Ensure adherence to ethical & clinical standards
• Ensure uncompromising quality nursing care
• Achieve financial targets that meet the growth agenda
• Effective management of productivity and cost efficiency
• Effective leadership and people management
• Drive hospital’s clinical governance agenda

Inherent Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management
• At least 5 years proven senior management experience and success in the Private Healthcare environment will be an advantage
• Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement skills and ability
• Exceptional leadership presence, business acumen and presentation skills
• Budgeting and / or financial focused mindset
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Team player with excellent people skills
