Hospitality Digital Marketing Manager

SUMMARY:
The Hospitality Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive direct bookings, generate qualified leads, and enhance guest engagement across all digital platforms. This role requires a creative, data-driven professional with hospitality experience who can manage websites, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and online reputation while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Increase direct bookings through effective online marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update company websites, ensuring content is current, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Develop and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise digital marketing initiatives using analytics.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and guest communication.
• Oversee online reputation management, including monitoring and responding to guest reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, operations, and external agencies to support marketing initiatives.
• Produce compelling written and visual content, including blogs, videos, photography, and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to user experience.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and special events.
• Support public relations initiatives and influencer collaborations where appropriate.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years' digital marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel industry. Proven track record of increasing online visibility and direct bookings. Experience managing multiple digital marketing campaigns simultaneously. Technical Skills Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Ads. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and social media advertising. Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress or similar). Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, or similar). Knowledge of CRM systems and guest database marketing. Familiarity with hotel booking engines and channel management platforms is advantageous. Basic graphic design skills using Canva and\/or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media.
