SUMMARY:
A 5-star luxury game lodge in Pilanesberg is seeking an experienced and professional Hostess to manage guests, coordinate daily guest experiences and host meals.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth communication between guests and the various lodge departments.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS: - 1-3 years' Front of House or Guest Relations experience - Luxury 4-star or 5-star game lodge experience preferred - Exceptional interpersonal, communication and hosting skills - Strong attention to detail - Professional, polished and well groomed - Flexible and comfortable living in a remote bush environment - Valid Driver's Licence KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet and welcome arriving guests - Host meals and drinks around the boma or dining room - Engage with guests and ensure their comfort throughout their stay - Manage daily guest schedules and coordinate wake-up calls - Coordinate guest activities with Field Guides - Communicate guest movements and special dietary requirements to relevant departments - Assist with basic guest check-ins and check-outs - Assist with bar and curio stock control - Assist with general Front Office duties - Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, housekeeping and guiding teams - Maintain professional guest relations and exceptional service standards PACKAGE: - Salary: Negotiable - Onsite single accommodation - 21 days on \/ 7 days off working cycle - Flexi Permanent LOCATION: Pilanesberg - North West
