SUMMARY:
A prestigious luxury boutique hotel in the Western Cape is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager with exceptional guest-facing skills to lead operations and deliver a world-class hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire all hotel departments while maintaining direct involvement in guest interactions.
Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver five-star service.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and the local community.
Implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive hotel revenue.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager / General Manager in a luxury hotel.
Exceptional guest-facing and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and operational management experience.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, luxury hospitality environment.
Financial management and budget oversight experience.
