Qualifications / Requirements:

• Matric

• Valid drivers’ license

• Fully bilingual

• Well presented and spoken

• Tertiary qualification advantageous

• Computer literate

• Experience with Banking and float management

• Guest bookings online and personal

• Management of all staff

• Attention to detail

• Preparing of breakfasts and teatime treats – cooking and baking advantageous

• Would suit an energetic meticulous individual who is customer centric and wants to provide guests with a perfect experience

• Will do laundry checks, and check linen quality and cleanliness

• Room checks

• Management of cleaning staff

• Reporting experience to GM.

• Management of staff and full admin duties required

• Booking exp, cash float experience

• Food prep advantageous

• Hands on, attention to detail+ customer satisfaction
