SUMMARY:
Our client an upmarket boutique is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. This position is live-in and includes single accommodation and 3 meals per day. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Duty Manager, as well as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Operations Management position in a 4/5 Star Hotel.

POSITION INFO:
Area: Polokwane

Requirements:

Experience in all different areas of a hotel
Polite, friendly, and with a strong personality that can think on their feet
Well-spoken and well-presented individual
Strong leader who has been in charge of employees before
Grade 12 and computer literate
Previous experience on Opera and Micros would be an advantage
Formal hospitality degree/diploma is preferable

Responsibilities:

Manage the operational area in such a manner that customer satisfaction is achieved
Assist with queries and guest complaints as management on duty
Effectively manage all staff
Create and maintain relationships with guests
Manage the entire establishment in the absence of the GM
