Hotel Receptionist

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hotel front office operations and customer service. The successful candidate must have OPERA experience and be willing to work flexible shifts.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
• Check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring all information is accurate
• Answer all incoming calls and respond to guests' inquiries
• Manage and handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, amenities, and promotions
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Ensure all guest data is accurately recorded and kept confidential

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations, as a Hotel Receptionist or Guest Relations Agent in a 4/5 star hotel
• Must have OPERA experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages will be an advantage.
